How much is the shipping charge?
Orders are shipped via FedEx Priority overnight service. Currently this is the only option we can offer due to our insurance policy. The cost is $23 USD within Canada, $50 USD within the US, $100 USD overseas.
When will my order be shipped?
What is the estimated time of delivery?
Provided there is no customs delays or FedEx emergency situations orders within North America get delivered the next day after we ship. Overseas time of delivery may vary depending on a country but is usually within 3-5 days range.
Can I return the stones I bought for a refund?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days after receiving your order. Your item must be in the same original condition that you received it to qualify for a refund. Shipping charge is not refunded.
How to return the stones?
For Canada and the US we can take care about documents and shipping label, you will just need to pack the diamonds safely and print the label. It will cost $23 USD for Canadian orders and $50 for the US orders. The cost will be subtracted from your refund.
Or you can prepare documents and book the shipment yourself. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The address to send the returns is as follows:

If it was an International purchase, fill out International Commercial Invoice, clearly mark in the description of goods that this is a RETURN OF GOODS. Handwritten with a red marker is the best way to go. You also need to cite the original invoice number along with the original tracking number of the shipment when it was shipped to you. You can find these details in your account.
You should consider using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. If we don’t receive the item due to it being lost on the way we will not be able to process the refund.
What is the origin of your diamonds?
We sell diamonds of Canadian, Australian and mixed origin. All of them are sourced through Kimberley Process Certification (KPC) approved channels.
What is KPC?

What is mixed origin?
Rough material of different origins gets mixed together on the chain of supply long before it gets to us. What we can do here is to make sure we only work with vendors who follow KPC regulations.
How do I know that Canadian/Australian diamonds I buy from you are actually Canadian/Australian?
We purchase this material from vendors that provide us letters stating that the material has been mined in Canada/Australia. We are also a member of Canadian Diamond Code of Conduct.
Does Canadian/Australian material come with certificate of origin?
Certificates of origin and laser inscription of diamonds are sold separately and done through Federal Gemological Lab.
Do you provide memo service?
We don’t do traditional memo on our rosecut inventory. Instead we offer a prepaid memo. You can buy the stones upfront and then return the ones that didn’t work out for you for any reason for full refund minus the cost of shipping.
We also work hard on improving quality of the pictures and videos the we make for every stone that we upload on the site so you can show them to your client and be able to sell stones just using the pictures and videos. Vast majority of our customers successfully implements this approach in their workflow.

Why I don’t see prices?
You would need to create an account on the website and get it approved to be able to see pricing.
What accounts get approved?
Those accounts that provide sufficient information for us to make sure that they are in the trade (jewellers, designers, retail stores, manufacturers, jewelry students etc) get approved.
How do I buy a stone from you if I’m not a jeweler?
We can refer you to one of many talented designers that we work together with and they will buy a stone and create a piece with it for you.
Why don’t you sell to public?
We work hard to build business with our clients, and it's important for us to not compete with them for their customers.
How long does it take for an account to be approved?
Depending on the workload it may take up to one week. Usually it happens a lot faster.
