We ship our orders two times a week at Tuesdays and Thursdays via FedEx Express. If you are in a rush and need your order to be shipped right away, contact us at info@dreamdiam.rocks, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

Return shipping only with FedEx

The order can be returned within 14 days since receiving. Your item must be in the same original condition that you received it to qualify for a refund. If your request for refund is approved, you will receive a full refund minus shipping expense, within a certain amount of days.  At the time of shipping discounts full amount of shipping fee will be charged on all return orders. USA $85 USD, Canada $55 USD,  Other Countries $190 USD

If it was an International purchase, fill out International Commercial Invoice, clearly mark in the description of goods that this is a RETURN OF GOODS in capital letters followed by your original invoice number and the original tracking number of the shipment when it was shipped to you  (If the following is not specified, taxes on the shipment will be charged, be paid by the customer who made the shipment in full) . You can find these details in your account. Please, make sure to put "loose polished diamonds over/under 0.5ct" in the description of goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
