Shipping and Returns
We ship our orders two times a week at Mondays and Wednesdays. If you are in a rush and need your order to be shipped right away, contact us at email@example.com, we will do our best to accommodate your request. All orders are shipped via FedEx.
The order can be returned within 14 days since receiving. Your item must be in the same original condition that you received it to qualify for a refund. If your request for refund is approved, you will receive a full refund minus shipping expense, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 235-470 Granville st, Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, V6C 1V5. If it was an International purchase, fill out International Commercial Invoice, clearly mark that this is a RETURN OF GOODS. You also need to cite the original invoice number along with the original tracking number of the shipment when it was shipped to you. You can find these details in your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
